협업프로젝트 수업에서 플립드러닝 적용이 간호대학생의 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력, 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 협업프로젝트 수업에서 플립드러닝 적용이 간호대학생들의 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력, 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 효과적인 간호교육 전략의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 방법 본 연구는 단일군 시계열 연구설계로 U시 소재 대학 간호학과 4학년 33명을 대상으로 15주차의 협업프로젝트 수업에서 플립드러닝을 적용하였고, 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력, 학업적 자기효능감을 사전조사 2회, 사후조사 1회로 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, repeated measure ANOVA로 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과, 플립드러닝 적용 전 사전조사1과 사전조사2 사이에는 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력, 학업적 자기효능감이 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 플립드러닝 적용 수업 전후 비교시 간호대학생의 문제해결능력(F=7.20, p=.003)과 의사소통능력(F=5.63, p=.009)에 유의하게 효과가 있었다. 결론 협업프로젝트 수업에서 플립드러닝 적용이 간호대학생의 문제해결능력과 의사소통능력에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 향후 협업프로젝트 수업에서 다양한 플립드러닝 수업 개발이 필요하겠다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of flipped learning in collaborative project course on problem-solving efficacy, communication competence, and academic self-efficacy of nursing students. Methods A total 33 nursing student who took collaborative project course in a college located in U city participated in this study. The survey was conducted twice in the before of flipped learning and once in the after of flipped learning. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and repeated measure ANOVA using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results This finding indicated that problem-solving(F=7.20, p=.003) and communication competence(F=5.63, p=.009) were significantly different between pre and post-test while problem-solving, communication and academic self-efficacy were not significantly different between pre-test 1 and pre-test 2. Conclusions It was found that flipped learning-based collaborative project course affects the problem-solving and communication competence of nursing students. It will be necessary to develop various flipped learning activities for the collaborative project classes.
