서울대 학부생의 대인관계 향상 집단상담 프로그램 참여 경험에 관한 질적연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 서울대학교 재학생을 대상으로 하여 대인관계 향상 집단상담 프로그램 참여자들의 경험을 탐색하여 그 본질적 의미를 이해하고 기술하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대인관계 향상 집단상담 프로그램을 통한 참여자들의 경험과 주관적인 의미를 분석하고자 Giorgi(2009) 의 기술적 현상학적 방법을 수행했다. 서울대학교 재학 중인 학부생 7명을 대상으로 대인관계 향상 집단상담 프로그램 경험에 대해 심층 면담을 진행하고 자료들을 분석했다. 분석 결과, 총 241 개의 의미단위에서 5개의 구성요소와 12개의 하위 구성요소를 도출했다. 연구 결과는 <집단상담참여 전: 대인관계에 완벽성을 추구함>, <집단상담 참여 초기: 상호작용 어려움 및 관계 욕구 인식>, <집단상담 참여 중기: 활발한 상호작용과 타인에게 수용되는 경험>, <집단상담 참여 후기: 관계에서의 자유와 자기수용>, <집단상담 참여 후: 대인관계 개선 및 정서조절 역량 향상>으로나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 서울대학교 학부생의 대인관계 향상 집단상담 프로그램 참여 경험과그 의미를 심층적으로 살펴보고 변화와 성장에 대한 상담학적 함의를 도출하여 기술했다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences of participants in the interpersonal relationship improvement group counseling program for Seoul National University students to understand and describe its essential meaning. In this study, to analyze the participants’ experiences and subjective meanings through the group counseling program, the descriptive phenomenological method of Giorgi(2009) was applied. 7 undergraduate students of Seoul National University had in-depth interviews on their experiences in the group counseling program to improve interpersonal relationships and the data had been analyzed. As a result of the analysis, 5 components and 12 sub-components were derived from a total of 241 semantic units. The results of the study were , , , , . Through this study, the experience of undergraduates of Seoul National University students participating in the interpersonal relationship improvement group counseling program and its meaning were examined in depth, and the counseling implications for change and growth were derived and described
