유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 아동기 부모애착이 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 아동기 부모애착 및 아버지의 양육참여가 어머니의 양육스트레스 미치는 경로와 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 방법 본 연구는 경기도와 인천광역시 소재 어린이집과 유치원에 다니는 만 3,4,5세 유아의 어머니 218명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 사용하였다. 변인들 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 상관분석과 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 결과 어머니의 아동기 부모애착은 아버지의 양육참여와 정적관계, 어머니의 양육스트레스와는 부적관계를 보였다. 어머니의 아동기 부애착과 모애착이 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 아버지의 양육참여는 각각 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 결론 어머니의 아동기 부모애착이 높을수록 양육스트레스는 낮았고, 아버지의 양육참여는 높았다. 또한, 부모애착 각각 아버지의 양육참여에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 양육스트레스 감소에 도움이 되었다. 본 연구결과는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육스트레스를 줄이기 위한 아버지 양육참여 독려 및 원가족 간 올바론 상호작용을 위한 교육에 이론적 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of mothers’ childhood parental attachment and paternal involvement on maternal parenting stress. Methods The data collected from 218 mothers of children aged 3 to 5 who attend daycare centers and kindergartens in Gyeonggi-do and Incheon. SPSS 25.0 program were used to find out the relationship among the variables. The correlation analysis and verification of mediating effect were used. Results The mother's childhood parental attachment was positively correlated with paternal involvement, and negatively correlated with mothers’ parenting stress. A partial mediating effect was indicated in paternal involvement in the relationship between mothers’ childhood parental attachment and the parenting stress. Conclusions Each parental attachment had a positive effect on the father's parenting participation and helped reduce parenting stress. The results of this study can be used as a theoretical basis for encouraging paternal involvement and educating effective interaction among original families to reduce maternal parenting stress.
