임상수행능력 강화를 위한 가상현실 시뮬레이션 병합 간호교육프로그램에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 임상수행능력 강화를 위한 국내⋅외 가상현실 시뮬레이션 병합 간호교육프로그램의 특성, 효과 등을 확인하는 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 연구이다. 방법 이를 위하여 2021년 11월까지 국내⋅외에서 발표되어 학술지에 등재된 문헌을 대상으로 국외는 CINAHL Pubmed, EMBASE, Cochrane 전자 데이터베이스를 활용하였으며, 국내는 RISS, KISS, DBpia을 사용하여 검색을 시행하였다. 선정기준과 배제기준을 근거로 최종 4편의 논문이 분석에 사용되었으며, 선정된 문헌은 R version 4.0.2 program을 이용하여 효과 크기와 이질성을 산출하였다. 결과 분석결과 가상현실 시뮬레이션 병합 간호교육프로그램의 효과 크기는 임상수행능력에 0.79, 비판적 사고에 0.73로 나타나 큰 효과 크기를 보이며, 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 따라서 본 연구결과는 실습 교육과정에서 간호대학생이 전문 간호인으로 성장하는데 기반이 되는 임상수행능력과 비판적 사고를 함양하기 위한 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 결론 본 연구결과는 실습 교육과정에서 간호대학생이 전문 간호인으로 성장하는데 기반이 되는 임상수행능력과 비판적 사고를 함양하기 위한 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study is a systematic review and meta-analysis to confirm the characteristics, effects, using nursing education program combined virtual reality simulation for enhancing critical performance. Methods This study is based on the literature published up to November 2021, CINAHL, Pubmed, EMBASE, Cochrane and electronic databases were used overseas, and RISS, KISS, and DBpia were searched in Korea. Data analysis was performed using R version 4.0.2 to calculate the effect sizes and explore possible causes of heterogeneity. Results As a result of the analysis, the effect size of the virtual reality simulation combined nursing education program was 0.79 for clinical performance and 0.73 for critical thinking, showing a large effect size, and was statistically significant (p<.001). Conclusions Therefore, the results of this study can be used as basic data for program development to cultivate clinical performance ability and critical thinking, which is the basis for nursing students to grow into professional nurses.
