유아교사의 교육신념과 교사역량이 유아의 2019 개정 누리과정 교육내용 경험 정도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 교육신념과 교사역량이 유아의 2019 개정 누리과정 교육내용 경험 정도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 방법 경남 유아교육기관의 만3-5세 담당 유아교사 302명을 대상으로 2021년 2월 2일부터 2월 26일까지 설문지를 통해 교사의 교육신념, 교사역량 및 유아의 2019 개정 누리과정 교육내용 경험 정도에 대한 교사의 인식을 조사하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 기술통계, Pearson의 적률상관분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 적용하였다. 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 교육신념은 성숙주의가 높았고 행동주의가 낮았으며, 교사역량은 높은 수준이었고, 유아의 2019 개정 누리과정 교육내용 경험 정도는 많은 편이었다. 둘째 유아교사의 교육신념과 교사역량은 유아의 2019 개정 누리과정 교육내용 경험 정도와 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 기관유형, 교육신념과 교사역량은 유아의 2019 개정 누리과정 교육내용의 경험 정도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이 결과는 2019 개정 누리과정 교육내용에 대한 유아의 경험 정도를 증진하기 위해서는 유아교사의 교육신념과 교사역량을 향상시킬 필요

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of early childhood teachers’ educational beliefs and teacher competencies on the degree of young children’s experience in the 2019 Nuri curriculum education contents. Methods For data collection, 302 early childhood teachers in Gyeongnam province were surveyed by questionnaires about teachers’ educational beliefs, teacher competency, and the degree of young children’s experience in the 2019 Nuri curriculum education contents from 2 Feb. 2022 to 26. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Cronbach’s α, and hierarchical regression analysis were used by SPSS 25.0. Results First, early childhood teachers' educational beliefs were high in maturationism, low in activism, and high in teacher competency, and the degree of young children’s experience in the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum education contents was high. Second, there was a significant positive correlation among the teachers’ educational beliefs, teacher competencies, and the degree of young children’s experience in the 2019 Nuri curriculum education contents. Third, teachers’ educational beliefs and teacher competencies were found to influence on the degree of young children’s experience in the 2019 Nuri curriculum education contents.
