고등학생의 자기주도성이 진로탄력성 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 이 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 자기주도성이 진로탄력성 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 방법 이를 위해, 수도권 소재 인문계 고등학교에 재학 중인 2학년 학생, 328명을 대상으로 2021년 11월 15일부터 12월 15일까지 자기주도성, 진로탄력성, 진로준비행동 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료에 대한 분석으로, 기술통계와 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였고, 변인들 간의 관련성과 영향력을 검증하기 위해 Pearson 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 분석결과, 자기주도성, 진로탄력성, 진로준비행동 간에는 모두 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기주도성이 진로탄력성과 진로준비행동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 특히, 자기주도성은 진로탄력성의 하위요인인 자기신뢰와 진로자립에, 진로준비행동의 하위요인인 직업탐색능력향상에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결론 이 연구에서는 고등학생의 자기주도성이 이들의 진로탄력성과 진로준비행동에 영향을 미친다는 점을 입증함으로써, 코로나19 시대를 살아가는 고등학생이 자신의 진로관련 고난과 역경을 효과적으로 극복하고, 자신의 진로방향을 설정하여, 지속적으로 진로준비를 해 나아가는데 있어, 자기주도성의 함양이 중요한 변인이라는 점을 검증했다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of high school students self-direction on career elasticity and career preparation behavior. Methods To this end, 328 second-year students enrolled in humanities high schools in Seoul and the metropolitan area were tested for self-direction, career elasticity, and career preparation behavior from November 15 to December 15, 2021. Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed to analyze the relevance and influence between the variables of the collected data. Results The analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between self-directedness, career elasticity, and career preparation behavior. In addition, it was investigated that self-direction had a positive effect on career elasticity and career preparation behavior. In particular, it was found that self-direction had the greatest influence on the improvement of job exploration ability, a sub-factor of career elasticity, self-trust, and a sub-factor of career preparation behavior. Conclusions This study is meaningful in proving that high school students self-direction affects their career elasticity and career preparation behavior, proving that the cultivation of self-direction is an important variable in effectively overcoming their career-related concerns and difficulties and setting their career direction.
