전문대학 LINC+ 사업 참여 대학의 생산성 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 전문대학 LINC+ 사업에 참여한 15개 전문대학을 대상으로 전문대학 산학협력 활동의 생산성을 분석하고 논의하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 방법 연구목적 달성을 위해 MI분석모형을 설정하였으며, 전문대학 LINC+ 사업에 참여한 대학 가운데 2020년을 기준으로 사업 참여 15개 전문대학의 2019-2021년 3년 간 자료를 통하여 생산성 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2019-2021년 3개년 동안 생산성 1미만인 대학은 모두 10개 대학으로 나타났다. 둘째, 두 시계열(2019-2020년=T2, 2020-2021년=T3)을 비교한 결과 전반적으로 T2가 T3보다 생산성이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 본 사업에 참여한 15개 대학 간 생산성 지수 격차가 크게 나타나는 일부 대학이 있었으나, 대부분의 대학의 생산성은 1.0을 전·후하여 나타났다. 결론 본 연구에서는 사업에 선정된 15개 전문대학의 생산성 분석 결과를 통하여 추후 전문대학 LINC+ 사업 기획에서 고려할 사항에 대하여 논의하였고 추후 연구 과제를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the productivity(Malmquist Index : MI) of industry-academic cooperation activities at colleges targeting 15 colleges that participated in the LINC+ project Methods An MI analysis model was set up to achieve the research purpose, and productivity analysis was conducted through data from 15 colleges participating in the project as of 2020 to 2021 among colleges participating in the LINC+ project. Results The main results of this study are as follows. First, a total of 10 colleges were found to have less than 1.00(productivity) over the three years from 2019-2021. Second, as a result of comparing the two time series (2019-2020 = T2 and 2020-2021 = T3), overall, T2 showed higher productivity than T3. Third, there were some universities with a large productivity index gap between 15 colleges participating in this project, but most colleges productivity was around 1.00 Conclusions In this study, through the productivity analysis results of 15 colleges selected for the project, the matters to be considered in the future college LINC+ project planning were discussed, and future research tasks were proposed.
