영문 초록

China’s Xinchangtai situation continues, with the economic growth rate falling from 10% to 6%-7%. To overcome this, the Chinese government recognized the importance of artificial intelligence and determined that it could serve as a breakthrough in economic growth. Since 2015, China’s artificial intelligence market has grown at an extremely high rate of about 30% annually, based on strong government support. In 2017, the growth rate reached 51.2%, and the industrial scale reached 152.1 billion yuan. The AI industry is developing rapidly through the government s policy support and active participation of enterprises. The Chinese government plans and implements three phases of AI development to lead the world market by 2050, the 100th anniversary of its founding. At present, Chinese telecommunication companies such as Baidu, Alibaba, and Tencent are leading the artificial intelligence industry, and are applied to various fields such as smart home and autonomous driving. However, China’s own artificial intelligence industry has advantages over other countries, but it is limited to a specific field and still has weaknesses in the basic technology field.
