Purpose The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of innovation, proactiveness, and social mission on individual creativity and corporate performance, and to examine the mediating effects of individual creativity between innovation, proactiveness, and social mission and corporate performance. Design/Methodology/Approach Data were collected through a questionnaire method for 158 people engaged in domestic enterprises for hypothesis verification and analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 program. Findings The findings of this study are as follows. First, organizational innovation was positively related to individual creativity. Second, organizational innovation was positively related to corporate performance. Third, organizational proacitiveness was positively related to corporate performance. Fourth, individual creativity was positively related to effectiveness and efficiency. Finally, it has been shown that individual creativity partially mediated the innovation-efficiency relationship and the innovation-effectiveness relationship. Research Implications The theoretical implications derived from the results are as follows. First, this study makes a theoretical contribution in that it presented the findings that innovation in an organization is an important prior factor to enhance the creativity of are members of the organization. Second, this work has theoretical implications in that it presents research findings that organizational proactiveness is a leading factor that positively affects all justice, efficiency, and effectiveness of the organization. Finally, the findings have theoretical implications in that they reveal that individual creativity mediates both the innovation-efficiency relationship and the innovation-effectiveness relationship. The practical implications presented by this study are as follows. First, the findings suggest practical implications for CEOs to devise ways to enhance organizational innovation. Second, the findings suggest practical implications that CEOs should devise ways to enhance organizational proactiveness. Finally, the findings suggest practical implications for enhancing the creativity of organizational members.
