돌봄효능감에 관한 국내 연구 내용분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 돌봄효능감에 관한 국내 연구의 동향을 탐색하고 내용분석 하여 돌봄효능감의 주요 관련 변인들을 확인하고, 향후 돌봄효능감 개념분석 및 도구개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 방법 2021년 3월부터 2021년 11월까지 돌봄효능감 관련 국내 학술지와 학위논문 23편을 질 평가를 통해 선정하여 일반적 특성을 확인하고, 내용분석을 통해 돌봄효능감의 주요관련요인을 탐색하였다. 결과 내용분석 결과 개인적, 환경적 두 개의 차원으로 구분되었고, 개인적 차원의 하부요인은 사회심리적 건강상태와 개인역량으로, 환경적 차원은 사회적 지지와 교육으로 구성되어 있었다. 결론 돌봄효능감 관련 연구에 대한 필요성과 수요는 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상되며, 현재까지는 양적연구에 치우쳐져 있고 사용한 측정도구 또한 한 가지 도구에 집중되어 있어 연구설계 및 측정도구의 다양성이 요구된다. 돌봄효능감은 여러 유사한 용어로 개념 및 도구가 혼용되어 사용되고 있으므로 엄밀한 절차를 거친 돌봄효능감 개념분석을 통한 용어정의가 필요하다. 나아가 국내의 직업적 환경과 시대변화를 반영한 돌봄효능감 측정도구의 개발이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study tried to explore the trends in domestic research on caring efficacy and to analyze the contents to identify the major related variables of caring efficacy, and to provide basic data for conceptual analysis and tool development of caring efficacy in the future. Methods From March 2021 to November 2021, 23 domestic academic journals and dissertations related to caring efficacy were selected through quality evaluation, their general characteristics were confirmed, and major related factors of caring efficacy were explored through content analysis. Results As a result of the content analysis, it was divided into two dimensions, personal and environmental, and the sub-factors at the individual level consisted of socio-psychological health status and individual competency, and the environmental level consisted of social support and education. Conclusions The need and demand for research related to caring efficacy is expected to continuously increase, and until now, it has been biased toward quantitative research and the measurement tools used are also concentrated on one tool, requiring diversity in research design and measurement tools. Since the concept and tools are used interchangeably with several similar terms, the definition of caring efficacy through a rigorous conceptual analysis of caring efficacy is necessary. Furthermore, the development of a tool for measuring caring efficacy that reflects the changes in the domestic occupational environment and times should follow.
