한국판 청소년용 자기자비 척도의 타당화 연구

국문 초록

방법 이를 위해, 원척도를 국내 청소년들이 이해할 수 있도록 번역하고, 대구⋅경북의 중학생 757명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 하였으며, 공인타당도를 살펴보았다. 결과 첫째, K-SCS-Y는 자기친절, 자기판단, 보편적 인간성, 고립, 마음챙김의 5요인구조가 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 자기자비와 마음챙김, 우울, 행복, 삶의 만족, 회복탄력성, 성취목표, 정적 정서 및 부적 정서 간의 상관관계를 검토한 결과, 척도의 공인타당도가 확인되었다. 결론 K-SCS-Y를 타당화 하여 척도 부재로 인한 한계를 극복하고, 청소년의 심리적 상황에 적극적인 개입을 가능하게 도왔다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이어, 연구가 가지는 제한점 및 추후 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to justify the SCS-Y for adolescents developed by Nef et al. (2020) for domestic adolescents and to compare and analyze the structure of the factors of self-compassion among domestic adolescents. Methods To this end, the original scale was translated so that domestic adolescents could understand, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted on 757 middle school students in Daegu and Gyeongbuk, and the measurement identity of accredited validity, gender, and grade was examined. Results As a result, study 1 by the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis describes the five-factor structure(subscales of self-kindness, self-judgment, universal humanity, isolation, and mindfulness) as the most valid. Study 2 established construct validity for the SCS-Y by demonstrating that SCS-Y scores were significantly associated with mindfulness, happiness, life satisfaction, depression, resilience, and achievement goal orientation in expected directions. Conclusions This study is significant in that it validated K-SCS-Y to overcome the limitations caused by the absence of a scale and to help adolescents actively intervene in psychological situations. Subsequently, the limitations of the study and future research directions were discussed.
