국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 COVID-19 팬데믹 상황의 온라인 학습환경에서 간호대학생의 학업소진에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위함이다. 방법 연구대상자는 간호대학생 150명이며, Google Forms를 이용하여 2021년 7월 2일부터 8월 25일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, Independent t-test, One way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient 및 Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 결과 연구대상자의 학업소진에 사회심리적 건강(r=.53, p<.001)은 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 자기효능감(r=-.61, p<.001)과 자기주도적 학습역량(r=-.34, p<.001)은 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 학업소진에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과, 사회심리적 건강 수준이 낮고(β=.25, p=.013) 자기효능감이 낮을수록(β=-.37, p<.001) 학업소진이 높게 나타났다. 결론 이러한 결과를 토대로 COVID-19 팬데믹 상황의 온라인 학습환경에서 간호대학생의 학업소진을 감소시키기 위해 사회심리적 건강수준과 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 교수법 개발 및 교육환경이 조성되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to identify the factors influencing the academic burnout of nursing students in the online learning environment of the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Methods A sample of 150 Korean nursing students participated, data were collected using Google forms from July 2 to August 25, 2021 and analyzed using Independent t-test, One way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlations, and multiple regression analysis. Results There were significant correlations between academic burnout and psychosocial well-being, self-efficacy, and self-directed learning ability. Analyzing the factors influencing academic burnout revealed that the lower the psychosocial well-being level and the lower the self-efficacy, the higher the academic burnout. Conclusions In order to mitigate academic burnout, the teaching method development and educational environment that can increase psychosocial health level and self-efficacy should be created.
