영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop the church educational programs for feminine leaders at the feminine leadership and christian leadership revealed in YuKwanSoon s life. It has exerted a significant influence upon the substance of the spiritual and practical worlds, and to give Korean Church Educational Program the theoretical and practical paradigms of christian leadership shown through YukwanSoon. In 21st century of culture diversity era, the circumstances around churches change very rapidly. Therefore, it is required for the new leadership(feminine leadership), which is responsible to lead participants effort and direction, to be presented to a new direction which is suitable for new paradigm. In order to investigate, the researcher examined this study through Descriptive Content analysis Method and Case Study. Before discussing this research, the researcher simply illustrated the concept of feminine leadership, various theories, and christian leadership of Church Educational Programs based on theoretical background. The concept and constructive factors of christian leadership are defined operationally. Then, the researcher analyzed the Church Educational Programs revealed in it. This study not only supplies the explanation about the phenomenon of feminine leadership in YuKwanSoon s life but also makes it possible to recognize the importance of christian leadership. Furthermore, this study intends to contribute to increase the leadership of christian female through effective church education of a feminine. Development of in-depth Church Educational Programs and effect of the Church Educational Programs for feminine leaders are discussed as another studies.
