코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 간호학 임상실습 교수의 온라인 시뮬레이션 지도 경험

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 간호학 임상실습 교수의 온라인 시뮬레이션 지도에 대한 경험의 본질을 총체적이고 심층적으로 이해하고자 하였다. 방법 참여자는 코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 온라인 시뮬레이션으로 임상실습을 지도한 경험이 있는 간호학 임상실습 교수 10명을 대상으로 1:1 심층면담하였다. 자료수집은 2021년 1월 4일부터 1월 25일까지 3주간 진행되었다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi의 7단계 현상학적 질적 분석방법을 활용하였다. 결과 간호학 임상실습 교수의 온라인 시뮬레이션 지도 경험에 대해 분석한 결과 31개의 주제, 9개의 주제모음, 3개의 범주로 도출되었다. 도출된 3개의 범주는 ‘코로나19와 함께 온 혼란’, ‘코로나19 팬데믹 혼란 속에 길 찾기’, 그리고 ‘어려움 딛고 한 걸음 더 나아가기’로 나타났다. 결론 코로나19 팬데믹이 지속되는 상황에서, 감염병의 확산을 차단하기 위해 간호학과 대면 실습은 비대면으로 변경되었다. 온라인 시뮬레이션은 감염병 상황에서 적용할 수 있는 대체실습의 방안이 되었다. 본 연구를 토대로 언택트 시대에도 온라인 시뮬레이션이 간호학과 학생들에게 적용할 수 있는 효율적인 실습이 되기 위해 국내 임상현장 상황과 임상 실습교수의 의견이 반영된 프로그램 개발과 적용이 요구되어 진다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study were to comprehensively and in-depth understanding of the nature of the nursing clinical practice faculty s experience of online simulation instruction of the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods Participants had 1:1 in-depth interviews with 10 clinical practice faculty in nursing who had experience in instruction clinical practice through online simulations of the COVID-19 pandemic. Data collection was conducted for 3 weeks from January 4 to January 25, 2021. The collected data were analyzed using Colaizzi s seven-step phenomenological qualitative analysis method. Results As a result of analyzing the online simulation teaching experience of the nursing clinical practice professor, 31 topics, 9 topic collections, and 3 categories were derived. The three derived categories were ‘Chaos that came with COVID-19’, ‘Finding your way in the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic’, and ‘Taking one step further over difficulties’. Conclusions As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, face-to-face practice in the Department of Nursing has been changed to non-face-to-face to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Online simulation has become an alternative practice method that can be applied in infectious disease situations. Based on this study, in order for online simulation to become an effective practice that can be applied to nursing students even in the untact era, it is required to develop and apply a program that reflects the domestic clinical field situation and the opinions of clinical practice professors.
