주택 평면계획을 활용한 초등학생 시간관리 교육 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 주택 평면계획을 활용한 시간관리 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 초등학생들의 시간관리 능력 향상에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 방법 이 연구에서는 시간관리 교육 프로그램에 대한 선행 연구문헌을 고찰하였으며 초등학생들에게 친숙하고 공간적으로 이해하기가 쉬운 주택 평면계획과 젠가를 활용하여 시간관리 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 연구에서 개발한 교육 프로그램은 경기도 용인시에 소재 초등학교 5학년 학생 16명을 대상으로 수업에 적용되었다. 결과 학생들의 시간관리 능력의 변화를 확인하기 위해 단일집단 전후검사를 통해 분석한 결과, 주택 평면계획을 활용한 시간관리 교육 프로그램으로 수업을 받은 학생들의 시간관리 능력이 상승하였으며, 시간관리 능력의 하위 요소에서도 목표 세우기, 우선순위 정하기, 계획하기, 실행하기, 평가하기의 모든 하위요소에서 시간관리 능력이 상승하였다. 결론 주택 평면계획을 활용한 시간관리 교육 프로그램은 초등학생의 시간관리 능력 향상에 효과가 있으며, 학생들은 기존의 교과 수업에 비해 자신이 원하는 주택의 목표를 세우고 우선순위를 정해서 계획하고 실행해 가는 시간관리 활동에 만족감을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop a time management education program using a house Floor plan and to analyze its effect on improving the time management ability of elementary school students. Methods In this study, research literature on time management education program was reviewed, and a time management education program was developed using house floor plan and jenga that are familiar and spatially understandable to elementary school students. The education program developed in this study was conducted for 16 students in the 5th grade of elementary school. Results As a result of analysis through a single group before and after test time management ability, After receiving time management education program class using house floor plan, students time management ability improved. All sub-components of time management skills of setting goals, priority decision, planning, executing, and evaluating also increased. Conclusions The time management education program using the house floor plan is effective in improving the time management ability of elementary school students. In addition, the students was satisfied with the time management activities of setting the goals for the house they wanted, prioritizing them, and planning and executing them.
