소방공무원의 조직풍토가 직무성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 소방공무원이 느끼는 조직풍토가 이들의 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아봄으로써 소방공무원 직무성과의 향상을 위한 실천방안을 마련하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울과 인천지역 소방공무원187명을 대상으로 유의표집 방식으로 조사하였다. 조사결과, 소방공무원의 조직풍토 하위변인 중 자율성(β = .202,p < .05)과 감독자의 배려(β = .370, p < .001)가 삶의 질에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를토대로, 소방공무원의 조직풍토를 지원하고 직무성과를 높일 수 있는 다양한 실천방안에 대해 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to contribute to the preparation of an action plan for improving job performance at an individual levelfor firefighters by examining how the organizational climate perceived by firefighters affects job performance. For theforegoing, this study conducted a survey with a purposive sampling method targeting 187 firefighting officers in Seoul andIncheon. Survey results showed that autonomy (β = .202, p < .05) and supervisors consideration (β = .370, p < .001)of the sub-variables of the organizational climate of firefighters have a significant influence on job performance. Based onthe results, this study suggests various action plans that can support the organizational climate and improve the jobperformance of firefighters.
