성인지 감수성에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 성인지 감수성에 관한 국내 연구를 살펴봄으로써 성인지 감수성에 대한 연구 동향을 파악하고 인과관계에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하고자 하였다. 더불어 성인지 감수성에 대한 중요성을 확인하고, 후속 연구의 필요성과 그를 위한 기초적 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 방법 연구를 위하여 1995년부터 2021년 12월 1일까지 발표된 학술지 및 학위논문 중 성인지 감수성에 대한 논문 34편을 선정하여 발행연도, 논문 종류, 연구 방법, 연구대상, 사용된 변수의 종류, 사용된 척도의 종류, 연구 시기 별 척도, 변수와 용어의 사용 동향, 성인지 감수성에 미치는 긍정요인 부정요인 등의 빈도와 백분율을 SPSS WIN version 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 성인지 감수성에 관한 연구가 해마다 증가하는 추세이며, 논문 형태는 학술지 논문이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 연구 설계는 양적 연구가 33편(97.1%)으로 다수를 차지하였다. 둘째, 연구에 가장 많이 사용된 척도는 이진영이 2011년에 연구 개발한 척도로 확인되었다. 셋째, 변수의 종류로는 종속, 독립, 조절⋅매개변수 순으로 많이 활용되었으며, 인과관계를 파악하기 위해 연구한 변인들은 주로 부정적 요인들이 많았음을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론 양성 평등을 위한 젠더 이슈와 성인지 감수성에 대한 국내 연구자들의 관심이 증가하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 성인지 감수성에 관한 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study is to identify research trends on gender sensitivity by examining domestic studies on gender sensitivities and analyze factors affecting causality. In addition, it was intended to confirm the importance of gender sensitivity, and to provide basic data for the necessity of follow-up studies. Methods For the study, 34 academic journals and degree paper published from 1995 to December 1st, 2021 were selected. The frequency and percentage of publication year, research subject, research type, type of variable, research method, use scale and influencing factor were analyzed using the spss 20.0 program. Results First, research on gender sensibility is increasing year by year. In the form of paper, most of them are academic journal papers. For research design, 33 quantitative(97.1%), accounted for the majority. Second, the scale most frequently used in research is the scale studies and developed by Lee jin-young in 2011. Third, the types of variables were widely used in the order of dependence, independence, regulation and parameters, and it was confirmed that the variables studies to understand the causal relationship were mainly negative factors. Conclusions It can be seen that domestic researchers are increasingly interested in gender issues and gender sensitivity for gender equality. Also, a follow-up study on gender sensitivity was proposed.
