간호대학생의 정신간호학 실습스트레스와 회복탄력성이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 정신간호학 실습스트레스와 회복탄력성이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 실시되었다. 방법 연구대상자는 D시 소재 간호대학 4학년 201명이었고, 자료수집은 2019년 10월 18일부터 11월 3일까지였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, t-검정, 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 결과 정신간호학 실습스트레스는 바람직하지 못한 역할모델과 실습업무부담 영역에서 가장 높았다. 정신간호학 임상수행능력은 정신간호학 실습스트레스와는 부적 상관관계가 있었고 회복탄력성과는 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 임상수행능력의 영향을 미치는 변인은 회복탄력성(β=.37, p<.001)과 정신간호학 실습스트레스(β=-.37, p<.001)였으며 설명력은 34%였다. 결론 정신과병동에서의 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 간호대학생의 실습 전 스트레스 관리와 회복탄력성 증진을 위한 간호중재 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to explore how clinical practice stress in the psychiatric unit and resilience affect clinical competence among nursing students. Methods The total of 201 senior nursing students in D city participated in this study. The data were obtained from October 18 to November 3, 2019. Collected data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results Clinical practice stress in the psychiatric unit was the highest mean score in the areas of inappropriate role model and clinical practice burden. Clinical competence negatively correlated with clinical practice stress in the psychiatric unit(r=-.47, p<.001) and positively correlated with resilience(r=.47, p<.001). Clinical practice stress in the psychiatric unit(β=-.37, p<.001) and resilience(β=.37, p<.001) were significant predictors and explained 34% of clinical competence. Conclusions To improve clinical competence in the psychiatric unit, nursing intervention programs for strengthening resilience and managing clinical practice stress of nursing students should be developed and applied.
