정서표현 양가성 관련변인에 관한 국내연구 메타분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 메타분석을 통하여 정서표현 양가성과 관련 변인 간의 상관관계 효과크기를 탐색하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 국내에서 출간된 KCI등재지 중심으로 정서표현 양가성에 대한 연구논문은 총 77편이었다. 2007년부터 2020년 2월까지 출간된 논문으로 출판연도, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제, 정서표현 양가성 개념, 관련 변인군에 대해 메타분석하였다. 분석대상 연구물에서 총 77편의 논문에서 644개의 효과크기를 산출하였다. 국내 정서표현 양가성 관련 연구에서 주로 다루어진 변인들을 5개의 주제(정서표현, 인지, 정서, 대인관계, 행동 및 태도)선정하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 정서표현, 인지, 정서, 대인관계, 행동 및 태도에서 효과크기는 정서표현관련변인군이 .83, 큰효과크기로 5개의 주제 중 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 인지, 정서, 대인관계, 행동 및 태도에서 긍정은 중간효과크기이고 부정은 작은 효과크기였다. 결론 이러한 결과를 토대로 국내에서 수행되어 온 정서표현 양가성 관련 변인을 알아봄으로써 어떤 심리적 문제에 영향을 미치는 지 탐색할 수 있었고, 정서표현이 일치적이기보다 양가적일 수 밖에 없음을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation effect size between emotional expression ambivalence and related variables through meta-analysis. Methods For this purpose, there were a total of 77 research papers on the ambivalence of emotional expression, centered on the KCI-registered journals published in Korea. This paper was published from 2007 to February 2020 and meta-analyzed on publication year, research subject, research method, research topic, concept of ambivalence in emotional expression, and related variable groups. 644 effect sizes were calculated from a total of 77 papers in the study to be analyzed. Five themes (emotional expression, cognition, emotion, interpersonal relationship, behavior and attitude) were selected as variables mainly dealt with in studies related to ambivalence in emotional expression in Korea. Results The results of this study are as follows. In emotional expression, cognition, emotion, interpersonal relationship, behavior and attitude, the effect size of the emotional expression-related variable group was .83 and the largest effect size was found to be the highest among the five subjects. In cognition, emotion, interpersonal relationship, behavior and attitude, positive had a medium effect size and negative had a small effect size. Conclusions Based on these results, by examining the variables related to the ambivalence of emotional expression that have been practiced in Korea, it was possible to explore which psychological problems they affect, and it was found that emotional expression is inevitably ambivalent rather than congruent.
