간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동 정도를 파악하고, 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 데 있다. 방법 본 연구는 간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구로 B광역시 소재 간호학과 대학생 191명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN/22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과 대상자의 셀프리더십은 3.54±0.59점, 진로결정자기효능감 3.67±0.58점, 진로준비행동 3.17±0.83점으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 진로준비행동은 학년(t=-4.424, p=.004), 학과 지원동기(F=4.368, p=.005)에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 변수 간의 상관관계에서 진로준비행동은 셀프리더십(r=.598, p<.001), 진로결정자기효능감(r=.442, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 셀프리더십(β=.433, p<.001), 진로결정자기효능감(β=.192, p=.025), 학년(β=.278, p<.001)이었다. 이들 변수의 진로준비행동에 대한 설명력은 43.2%였다. 결론 간호대학생의 진로준비행동을 증진하기 위해 셀프리더십, 진로결정자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 중재프로그램 개발을 제안한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to investigate self-leadership, career decision self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior, which influence career preparation behavior in nursing students. Methods The researcher collected from the subjects, 191 of nursing students at college in B, who agree to the collection of data, by explaining them about the objective and procedure of this study. Data were analyzed by using SPSS WIN/22.0. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. Results In the results of this study, patient safety management activities according to general characteristics was significantly different in grade (F=-4.424, p<.001), motivation for application to nursing school (F=4.368, p=.005). In the correlation between variables, career preparation behavior showed self-leadership (r=.598, p<.001), and career decision self-efficacy (r=.442, p<.001), and positive correlation. The factors influencing career preparation behavior of nursing students were self-leadership (β=.433, p<.001), career decision self-efficacy (β=.192, p=.025), and .grade (β=.278, p<.001). The explanatory power of the expression career preparation behavior of these variables was 43.2%. Conclusions In this study, we suggest that it is necessary to confirm the effects of the development of the intervention program and the application of the program, which can improve the career preparation behavior of nursing students.
