영문 초록

A language carries a concept of container which holds the information of emotion, culture and history of a community sharing a language as well as delivers the information since it plays a role in the formation of cultural code of an ethnic group. Each language maintains its own order and rule, and reveals the characteristics of the world of spirit of a certain ethnic group. The language also keeps its uniqueness and expresses the lives of the group. Phraseology is one of the linguistic methodological expressions which play a major role. Expressive features and aesthetic functions of a language and distinctiveness of an image in certain group appear in the system of phraseology. Thus, we can get a sense of linguistic view of world in each ethnic group through phraseology. The view makes us comprehend how a group perceives a real world surrounding it such as natural environments and various human behaviors. This article aims to study the practical meaning of сердце’ and ‘душа’ in modern Russian and the relations between two words in Russian phraseology by examining the expressive phrases with сердце’ and ‘душа’. By doing so, we could understand a part of the view of the world which Russians recognize through these two words.
