영문 초록

Unlike formal structural features, semantic factors are not observed in previous studies, which make objective analysis more difficult. Therefore, there remains uncertainty associated with the semantic interactions between prefixes and verbs. This paper provides an overview of the nature of the prefixes, and word formation theories are discussed to demonstrate the nature of prefixation. Regarding the structural and semantic context, the semantic structure of prefix verbs as a result of the word formation processes is analyzed, and semantic interactions between prefixes and verbs are characterized. When prefixes are added to the verbs, there is not only a parallel enrichment of the vocabulary, but also a semantic combination between the two units. This creates an interaction between the prefixes and the simplex verbs. In the process of prefixation, the prefix usually plays an important role as a unit that closely concretizes the meaning of the verbal base. This usually limits and narrows the meaning of the simplex verbs.
