코로나 19 이후, 원격수업에서 실재감, 피드백, 교육적 관계 탐색

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 2020년 9월, 코로나 19로 인한 원격수업 운영 현황에 대한 교사, 학생, 학부모 대상 면담조사를 통해 원격수업에서 교사의 실재감 형성전략과 학부모, 학생의 요구와 인식을 파악함으로써 교육적 관계의 중요성을 확인하는데 있다. 방법 자료의 수집은 2020년 9월 말부터 11월 말까지 코로나 19 이후 원격수업과 등교수업에 대한 경험을 토대로 심층 면담, FGI, 서면 질문지 등을 통해 수집하였다. 자료분석은 반복적 비교분석법의 과정에 따라 개방코딩하고, 축코딩, 선택적 코딩을 통해 주제별로 분류하였다. 결과 2020년 10월, 교사, 학생, 학부모를 대상으로 원격수업에 대한 인식과 요구 등을 면담한 자료를 전사, 목록화 하여 다섯가지로 나타냈다. 첫째, 원격수업의 경험과 변화 과정, 둘째, 원격수업에서 만남과 교류의 시도, 셋째, 온라인 피드백을 통한 교육적 관계의 형성, 넷째, 학습격차 완화는 세심한 배려와 교육적 만남으로, 다섯째, 코로나 19가 던진 메시지를 음미하고 실천하는 일이다. 결론 원격수업 상황에서 실재감과 피드백을 실현하기 위한 노력은 교육의 장면을 실천하기 위한 과정이다. 원격수업을 위한 기술적 기반 마련을 넘어 가상세계로 확장된 교육환경에서 교육적 관계 실현을 위한 다양한 노력들이 이어질 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives In October 2020, an interview survey was conducted with teachers, students, and parents on the current status of remote classes due to COVID-19. This is because it is to know the strategies for forming a sense of reality for teachers in distance learning, and to understand the needs and perceptions of parents and students about the school. The purpose of this study is to confirm the importance of educational relationship in the virtual environment. Methods Data were collected from the end of September to the end of November 2020. The content is about the experience of remote classes and school classes after COVID-19. Data were collected using in-depth interviews, FGI, and written questionnaires. Data analysis was classified by subject through open coding, axis coding, and selective coding according to the process of repetitive comparative analysis. Results In October 2020, interviews with teachers, students, and parents were transcribed and cataloged and presented in five categories. First, the experience and change process of online classes, second, attempts to meet and exchange in remote classes, third, efforts to form educational relationships through online feedback, fourth, bridging the learning gap is meticulous consideration and educational encounters, Fifth, it is a matter of savoring and putting into practice the message sent by COVID-19. Conclusions Efforts to realize a sense of presence and feedback in an online class situation are a process for practicing the scene of education. Efforts are needed not only to prepare a technical foundation for distance learning, but also to realize educational relationships in virtual space.
