간호시뮬레이션 교육에서 학습자의 몰입에 대한 개념분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호시뮬레이션 교육에서 학습자의 몰입에 대한 개념을 분석하고 개념의 정의를 명확히 하여 효과적인 간호교육의 이론적 근거를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 방법 이를 위하여 Walker & Avant(2011)의 개념분석 방법에 따라 데이터베이스(CINAHL, PUBMED, Google Scholar, Riss)를 활용하여 개념에 대한 문헌고찰을 시행하였으며, 개념의 선행요인, 결과, 사례, 경험적 준거 등을 확인함으로써 개념의 속성을 체계적으로 분석하였다. 결과 몰입의 속성은 (1)환자의 표현적 행위, (2)전문직 간호, (3)신중한 간호과정과 즉각적 반응이 포함된다. 개념의 선행요인은 정확한 목표, 도전-기술의 균형, 구체적 피드백, 현실성이였으며, 경험요인은 공감적 이해, 동일시, 행동-지각 일치, 과제집중, 통제감, 자의식의 상실, 시간감각의 왜곡이였고 결과요인은 자기목적적 경험이었다. 결론 본 연구는 간호시뮬레이션 교육에서 학습자의 몰입개념과 속성을 탐구한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과에 기초하여, 몰입을 측정하기 위한 표준화된 도구의 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, the concept of learner flow in nursing simulation education is discussed, the definition of concept is clarified, and the theoretical basis of effective nursing education is provided. Methods To this end, the conceptual properties of Walker & Avant (2011) were systematically analyzed by using the database (CINAHL, PUBMED, Google Scholar, Riss) to examine the conceptual priorities, results, examples, and empirical compliance. Results Attributes of flow include (1) patient expressive behavior, (2) professional nursing, (3) careful nursing and immediate response. The antecedents of the concept were accurate objectives, challenge-skill balance, concrete feedback, and reality; the experience factors were empathetic understanding, identification, behavior-awareness, task focus, sense of control, loss of self-consciousness, and distortion of time, and the resulting factors were self-purpose experiences. Conclusions This study is significant in that it explores the concept and nature of flow in nursing simulation education. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop standardized tools for measuring flow.
