빅데이터를 활용한 유아 권리에 관한 키워드 네트워크 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 온라인 공간의 빅데이터에서 유아 권리와 관련 핵심 키워드를 추출하고 분석하여 우리 사회의 유아 권리에 대한 주요 이슈와 담론을 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 Textom을 활용하여 ‘유아 권리’와 관련된 텍스트를 마이닝하고 1차, 2차에 걸쳐 정제하였다. 정제한 키워드의 빈도를 분석하고 상위 200위의 키워드를 활용하여 네트워크의 기본 속성, 각 키워드의 중심성을 분석하였다. 네트워크 내 하위집단에 대해 살펴보고자 커뮤니티 분석을 하였으며, 유아 권리 담론에 영향을 미쳐온 ‘유엔아동권리협약’과 최근 유아 권리 담론에서 크게 회자 되고있는 ‘놀권리’에 대해 에고 네트워크 분석하였다. 분석에 활용한 도구는 Ucinet6와 Gephi 0.9.2이다. 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 네트워크를 시각화 하였으며 시각화에 활용한 도구는 Gephi 0.9.2이이다. 결과 빈도 분석결과 ‘유아교육기관’, ‘교육’, ‘부모’, ‘놀이’, ‘유아교육’ 순으로 높게 나타났다. 그 외 법과 정책, 관련 기관, 유엔아동권리협약의 기본권 관련 키워드가 높은 빈도를 나타내었다. 연결중심성, 근접중심성, 매개중심성을 분석한 결과 각 중심성의 상위 10위 내에 ‘유아교육기관’, ‘유아교육’, ‘교육’, ‘보장’, ‘부모’, ‘지원’이 포함되어 있었으며 상위 30위 내에 나타난 키워드는 유아의 보편적 권리 관련 키워드가 주를 이루는 것으로 나타났다. 커뮤니티 분석 결과 ‘법과 정책’ 군, ‘비정부기구와 유아 권리 교육’ 군, ‘지방자치단체의 지원’ 군, ‘의무이행자의 교육’ 군, ‘돌봄과 배움의 경제적 지원’ 군이 나타났다. ‘유엔아동권리협약’과 ‘놀권리’에 대한 에고 네트워크 분석을 통해 에고와의 연결강도, 에고 내트워크 내의 주요 키워드의 위치에 관한 정보가 도출되었다. 결론 본 연구결과를 통해 최근 10년간의 우리나라 유아 권리 보장에 대해 이해하고 발전방안에 대해 논의하였다. 본 연구가 유아 권리 보장의 발전에 기여할 수 있는 자료가 되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The objective of this research is to search the keywords for children’s rights in the online, to discuss the related issue, and finally to provide the fundamental data for examining how children’s rights are upheld in our society. Methods The texts related to ‘children’s right’ were mined using Textom and refined two times. The frequency analysis of the refined keywords was conducted, and the basic feature and the centrality of the keywords were obtained through the top 200 keywords refined. A community analysis was performed to examine the subgrade within the network. The ego network analysis was carried out on the ‘UN Convention on the Rights of the Child’ and the ‘right to play’ influencing the discourse on children’s rights. The tools used in this analysis and in the visualization were Ucinet6 and Gephi 0.9.2, respectively. Results The rankings of the frequency analysis were education institution for early childhood, education, parent, play, early childhood education, laws and policies, related institutions for early childhood, and UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. As a result of analyzing connection centrality, proximity centrality, and mediation centrality, early education institution for early childhood, early childhood education, education, guarantee, parents, and support were included in the top 10 for each centrality. The keywords in the top 30 were mainly related to the universal rights of children. As a result of community analysis, groups of law and policy, nongovernmental organization and children s rights education, local government support, education for obligees, and economic support for caring and learning were categorized. Through the analysis of the ego network on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the right to play, information on the strength of connection with the ego and the location of key keywords in the ego network was derived. Conclusions The development plans for the protection of children’s right in Korea over the past ten years were discussion through the results of this research. It is expected that the analysis and the generated data are a valuable resource contributing the development of children’s right in the near future.
