영문 초록

The rise of short video applications has lowered the threshold of advertising and expanded the way ordinary users share service experience. This research introduces service design thinking, through stakeholder analysis, questionnaire surveys, and in-depth interviews, to evaluate the motivation and behavior of using short video applications on 98 Chinese users. Taking TikTok s Local functional module as an entry point, it aims to optimize the design of the supply process of local online-offline services centered on user needs. Finally, it provides design solutions for reference in information architecture, interaction design, and user interface design.
