취학 전 자녀를 둔 기혼간호사의 양육효능감과 남편의 지지가 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 기혼간호사의 양육효능감과 남편의 지지가 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 시도되었다. 방법 자료는 2019년 7월 22일부터 8월 31일까지 수집하였으며, G도에 소재한 100병상 이상의 7개 병원에 근무하는 취학전 자녀를 둔 기혼 간호사 155명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, one way-ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 양육효능감의 평균은 2.45(±0.33), 남편의 지지는 3.05(±0.48), 양육스트레스는 2.94(±0.54)이었다. 양육스트레스는 양육효능감(r=-.55, p<.001), 남편의 지지(r=-.45, p<.001)와 음의 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다중 회귀분석 결과, 양육스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인은 양육효능감(β=-.47, p<.001), 남편의 지지(β=-.34, p<.001)이었으며 이들 변수의 설명력은 41.9%이었다. 결론 본 연구는 양육효능감과 남편의 지지가 양육스트레스에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 보여주었다. 본 연구 결과는 양육스트레스 감소를 위한 전략 개발에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of parenting efficacy and husband’s support on parenting stress among married nurse with pre-school children. Methods Data were collected from July 22 to August 31, 2019, and the subjects were 155 married nurses with preschool children working in 7 hospitals with more than 100 beds in G province. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson correlation and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 25.0. Results It was found that: (a) parenting stress had a negative correlation with parenting efficacy(r=-.55, <.001) and husband’s support(r=-.45, <.001) (b) factors influencing parenting stress were parenting efficacy and husband’s support with 41.9% explanatory power. Conclusions This study shows that parenting efficacy and husband’s support have negative effect on parenting stress. This result may be useful in developing new strategies for reducing parenting stress.
