국문 초록

목적 2019 개정 누리과정으로 놀이에 기반한 통합적 교육과정 운영을 위한 예비유아교사의 창의적 역량이 강조되고 있다. 이에 이 연구는 언어, 문학, 수학, 과학, 예술 활동을 중심으로 구성된 융합교육 중심 창의성 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 창의성 신장에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 광주광역시 소재 S대학 유아교육과에 재학 중인 2학년 학생 52명을 대상으로 융합교육 중심 프로그램에 참여한 집단(실험집단, 26명)과 참여하지 않은 집단(통제집단, 26명)으로 구분하였다. 이들을 대상으로 2020년 10월 26일부터 11월 11일까지 3주간 융합교육 중심 창의성 프로그램을 실시하였으며 창의성에 대한 사전, 사후검사를 시행하였다. 결과 그 결과 융합교육 중심 창의성 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 창의적 역량 중 호기심, 민감성 등의 창의적 성향에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유창성, 독창성 등의 창의적 사고 신장에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이를 토대로 예비유아교사의 융합교육 중심 창의성 교육을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study was to investigate the effects of creativity program focused on convergence education for pre-early childhood teacher. This is because the creative competency of pre-early childhood teachers to operate an integrated curriculum based on play is emphasized as the ｢2019 revised nuri course｣. For this purpose, this study aims to develop and verify the effectiveness of a convergence education-centered creativity program that can enhance creativity focusing on language, literature, mathematics, science, and artistic activities for pre-early childhood teachers. Methods Participants were 52 second-year students enrolled in the Department of pre-early childhood education at S University in Gwangju were divided into two groups, One is the group that participated in the creativity program focused on convergence education(experimental group, 26 people) and the group that did not participate(control group, 26 people). From October 26 to November 11, 2020, a creativity program focused on convergence education was conducted for three weeks, and pre- and post- creativity tests were conducted. Results As a result, it was found that the creativity program centered on convergence education had a positive effect on the creative tendencies such as curiosity and sensitivity among the creative competencies of pre-school teachers. In addition, it was found to have positive effect on the development of creative thinkin such as fluency and originality. Conclusions Based on this, educational implications for the promotion of creativity of pre-early childhood teachers were presented.
