국문 초록

본 연구는 JD-R 모형(Job Demands-Resources model)을 주요 이론적 배경으로 하여 프레이트 포워더 종사자가 직무요구로서 경험하는 직무 복잡성이 직무 스트레스에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 규명하고, 이를 조절할 수 있는 ‘직무자원’의 하나로 네트워크 협력의 역할을 살펴보았다. 총 91명의 응답자를 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과 프레이트 포워더 종사자들이 지각하는 직무 복잡성은 직무 스트레스에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 외부 협력사들과의 네트워크 협력관계는 이러한 정의 관계를 조절하는 직무자원으로서 역할을 수행하는 것으로 지지되었다. 이러한 연구결과가 시사하는 경영관리적 의미와 본 연구의 한계점들이 토론되었다.

영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate how the job complexity experienced by freight forwarder as job demands affects job stress, and to examine the role of network cooperation as one of the ‘job resources’ that can control this. Research design, data and methodology : This study established a research model using the JD-R model (Job Demands-Resources model) as the main theoretical background and analyzed it through hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Results : As a result of a survey of a total of 91 respondents, it was found that job complexity perceived by forwarders had a positive (+) effect on job stress, and network partnerships with external partners were It was supported as performing a role as a job resource. Conclusions : As a result of the analysis, it was found that network cooperation had an effect on regulating job stress.
