국문 초록
本稿では、ポストコロナ時代に備えて、日本就職を目指して勉強している韓国人の就職活動生の就職力を強化させるための教育方案の一環として、韓国人を採用する日本の企業と採用の需要調査、日本企業の人事担当者に対するアンケート調査、日本に就職している韓国人に対するアンケート調査の結果を分析した。その結果は次の通りである。 まず、韓国人を採用しようとする日本企業と求人需要の調査結果、IT系が最も多かった。第二に、日本企業が韓国人を採用する際に重要視している採用の条件の中で日本語力が最も優先され、次いで職務能力を重要視している割合が高かった。また、それ以外、真面目さ、リーダーシップ、コラボレーション能力、コミュニケーション能力、日本文化の理解などを重要視していることが分かった。第三に、日本語力では、ビジネス会話と職務関連の語彙や漢字が重要な教育項目として挙げられている。なお、日本の企業文化と日本文化についての教育も必要であることが分かった。第四に、日本の就職を準備している人は、企業を決める時、給料だけでなく、勤務環境や生活環境などに関する要素も考慮すべきであることが分かった。これは入社後の満足度を左右する重要な要素になるだろうと考えられる。
영문 초록
In this article, I discuss the teaching methods for enhancing the opportunities for Korean students’ getting a job in Japan during the post-COVID era. More specifically, I analyse the survey of Japanese companies’ demand for hiring Korean students, the questionnaires for those who work at a HR Department of Japanese companies, and the questionnaires for the Koreans who work in Japan. The results are summarised as follows. Firstly, the highest demand for hiring Koran students is observed in IT-related companies. Secondly, there is a tendency that the Japanese companies which hire Korean students most highly value their Japanese proficiency and then their job performance. Other relevant factors concern their personal traits such as honesty and leadership, their ability to collaborate with others, their communication skill, and their understanding of the Japanese culture. Thirdly, the important parts of students’ Japanese proficiency are business conversation skills and the vocabulary (including the knowledge of kanji) related to their job. Also, the education of the culture of Japanese companies and the Japanese culture is also essential. Finally, students who try to get a job in Japanese consider several things as important factors, including not only the salary but also a work environment and a life environment. These factors will crucially affect the degree of satisfaction after they start to work in Japan.
