현직 초임 경력 체육교사들의 축구 내용지식 탐색

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 Ward(2009)가 제시한 일반내용지식, 전문내용지식을 현직 체육 교사들에게 적용하며 비교분석 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 중등학교 체육교사(n=53)가 연구에 참여하였으며, 교사의 일반내용지식은 축구관련 내용지식 설문지를 사용하였다. 그리고 교사의 전문내용지식은 content map을 사용하였다. 자료분석은 Content development variables(Ward et., al, 2017) 그리고 SPSS 통계프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계를 실시하였다. 결과 연구결과 첫째, 초임경력 교사들간 일반내용지식은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초임경력 교사들 간 전문내용지식 지식은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사들의 축구에 관련된 경험 변인 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 특히 축구활동 경험유무, 스포츠 클럽을 지도한 경험유뮤에 따라 교사의 내용지식이 차이가 났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과로 체육교사들은 경력보다 다양한 축구관련 경험변인이 지식과 관련이 있다는 것을 시사한다. 현직교사와 예비교사들을 위해 내용지식 가이드 라인을 개발하고 이를 목적으로 하여 실제 근거자료가 될 수 있는 연구들이 활발히 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study compared novice and expert teacher’s general and professional knowledge presented by Ward (2009) to current soccer teachers. Specific research questions were (1) How do soccer novice and expert teachers’ content knowledge differ? (2) How do novice expert soccer teachers’ specialized content knowledge differ? (3) How teachers experience variables relate to content knowledge and specialized content knowledge?. Methods Data were Secondary school physical education teacher (n=53) participated in the study. The teacher s general knowledge used a soccerl-related content knowledge questionnaire. And the teacher s expertise used a content map. Content development variables (Ward et., al, 2017) and SPSS statistics program were used to perform data analysis. Results Findings showed that: (1) There was no difference in content knowledge, specialized content knowledge among novice and expert teachers. (2) Teachers experience in soccer showed statistically significant differences. Conclusions Teachers knowledge of the contents differed depending on whether they had experience in soccer activities or coaching sports clubs.
