This paper dicusses 36 Turkic and Mongolic words in materials mentioned above in the title. (“Compendium of the Turkic Dialects”), an Arabic dictionary of Khakani, the Middle Turkish dialect spoken by the Karakhanids and written by a Turk, Kashghari. (Mongγol-un niγ uca tobčiyan) is the oldest surviving Mongolian-language literary work and regarded as the single significant native Mongolian account of Genghis Khan. Linguistically, it provides the richest source of pre-classical Mongolian and Middle Mongolian. From our finding we could establish following phenomena: 1. There are Loanwords from Chinese like oŋ, bēg, kunçuy, tayaŋ, tai@@i, čiŋsaŋ, guioŋ, vü@@in and from Sogdian and Persian like çawuş, xa:tūn. 2. Simple names of vocation were semantically changed to nobiliary titles, e.g. aqtači ba urči e üdečin ildüči @@ebeči qorči. 3. The titles oŋ, čiŋsaŋ and xa:tūn had originally noble and elegant meaning but their meanings were widening and degenerated. 4. Some mongol words were borrowed into Persian like @@ebe.
