영문 초록

As the heyday of the development of brick towers in the Khitan period, the function of the brick tower is not only the function of Buddhism pay respect for buddha, but also the social function and various applications of the Khitan brick tower. The Khitan brick tower inherits the Tang Dynasty as a product of the Song and Khitan confrontation period. The brick tower blends with the Song Dynasty and the surrounding culture to form its own unique brick tower. The brick tower itself has been given a variety of functions. This paper attempts to study the Khitan brick tower in addition to Buddhist worship Buddha through field investigation and collection of documents. Other applications in the Khitan society.
