대학 온라인 강의에서 학습자 만족도의 다차원적, 위계적 요인구조에 대한 실증적 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학 온라인 강의에서 학습자의 만족도를 구성하는 요인들의 다차원성과 그 요인들의 위계적인 구조를 실증적으로 검정하고자 수행되었다. 방법 이를 위해 서울에 소재한 K대학에서 2019년 2학기 100% 온라인 강의를 수강한 학습자 853명을 대상으로 학습자 만족도를 조사하였다. 학습자 만족도는 관련 문헌분석을 근거로 강의조직, 화면설계, 상호작용, 평가, 그리고 시스템 지원의 5가지 요인으로 구성하였고 이 요인들의 구인타당도와 위계적 요인구조를 검정하고자 1요인 모형, 5요인 모형, 그리고 위계적 2차 요인모형을 설정하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 결과 분석결과 학습자 만족도를 구성하는 5요인에 대한 구인타당도가 입증되어 학습자 만족도의 다차원성이 확인되었다. 모형의 간명성과 카이제곱차이 검정에 의한 모형 간 비교에 있어 5요인 모형이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났으나 위계적 2차 요인모형의 적합도 지수도 수용기준을 모두 충족하는 것으로 나타나 학습자 만족도를 구성하는 요인의 위계적 구조가 입증되었다. 결론 본 연구는 온라인 강의에서 학습자 만족도 구성요인에 대한 이론적 고찰에 근거하여 학습자 만족도의 다차원성과 위계적 요인구조를 실증적으로 검정하였다는 데에 의미가 있다. 본 연구결과는 향후 학습자 만족도 조사결과를 기초로 하여 교수자가 온라인 강의를 설계하고 개선해 나아가는 데에 필요한 자료를 제공하고 나아가 비대면 수업으로 불거진 대학 온라인 강의의 질적 수준을 재고하는 데에 도움을 제공할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the validity of multidimensional reliability and hierarchical model of the factors that construct student satisfaction in online learning. Methods The survey data was collected from a total 853 students enrolled in an online course offered at K university in the fall semester of 2019. The student satisfaction consisted of five factors based on the results of literature review. In order to estimate validity of the multidimensional reliability and hierarchical model, three hypothetical models were established : the one first-order factor model, the five factors model, and the one second-order factor model. Each model was estimated the goodness of fit, AVE, CR, and the value of factor loading using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) on the Structural Equation Model(SEM), and compared the models fit using ⧍χ² test. Results The result proved the construct validity of factors that are consisted of the student satisfaction in online course. Comparing the effectiveness of model, the five factors model is found to be the most reasonable in terms of model fit and the result of ⧍χ² test. The one second-order factor model also showed reasonable model fit indices, and the validity of the hierarchical factor model on the student satisfaction is confirmed. Conclusions Therefore, the model of student satisfaction in online course supports more multidimensional factor model than one factor model, and also supports hierarchical factor model in which one higher order factor of the student satisfaction in online course explained by the five factors.
