영문 초록

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to improve the crisis management system of universities, establish a crisis management mechanism, and further maintain and strengthen the harmony and stability of universities. Design/Methodology/Approach - Based on the perspective of new media, this paper analyses the new characteristics and laws of current crises based on case studies and crisis management theories, examines the current environment faced by universities, and improves the crisis management system of universities. Findings - This paper studies the research on crisis management in universities in the new media era. Research Implications - To establish a crisis management mechanism in colleges and universities, further maintain and strengthen the harmony and stability of colleges and universities, and ensure the smooth operation of all work in colleges and universities.
