예비체육교사 교육자의 교수능력 함양 중심 수업시연 운영에 관한 셀프연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 예비체육교사의 교수수행능력 함양을 위한 수업시연의 교육적 의미를 탐색하고, 교사교육자의 수업 반추를 통해 효과적인 수업시연 운영방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위해, 2019년 2학기 ‘체육교수법’ 과목을 수강하는 행복대학교 체육교육과 예비교사 25명을 연구참여자로 선정하였다. 자료분석을 위해 예비교사의 수업계획서, 한 장 글쓰기, 평가도구 결과, 교사의 수업일지를 수집하였다. 자료는 spradley(1979)의 영역분석과 분류분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 구체적인 수업시연 운영방안 안내하기, 온라인을 통해 지속적으로 수업계획서 검토하기, 리허설을 통해 수업계획서 실현 가능성 확인하기의 과정은 예비교사의 철저한 수업준비 능력 함양에 도움이 되었다. 둘째, 학교 현장성을 반영한 수업분위기 조성과 수업루틴에 따라 체계적으로 수업을 진행하며 현장성과 긴장감이 공존하는 수업을 경험하고, 실천 능력을 높일 수 있었다. 셋째, 평가도구로 수업영상 분석하기, 수업 개선방안을 위한 토의와 반성하기를 통해 양적·질적 평가를 반영한 수업시연 운영의 중요성을 알 수 있었다. 결론 이를 통해, 예비체육교사의 교수수행능력 함양을 위한 수업시연 방안과 평가도구의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다. 또한 교사교육자의 반추를 통해 효과적인 수업시연 운영방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the educational implications of class demonstrations to cultivate pre-service teachers teaching ability, and to present effective class demonstration management plans through teacher educators class reflection. Methods For this study, 25 pre-service teachers from the Happiness University were selected as participants. For data analysis, the class plan, reflection diary, evaluation result, and teacher s class diary were collected. It was analyzed by Spradley s domain analysis and classification method. Results First, the process of guiding specific class demonstration operation plans, continuously reviewing the class plan online, and confirming the feasibility of the class plan through rehearsal were helpful in cultivating the thorough class preparation ability of the pre-service teacher. Second, classes were systematically conducted in accordance with the creation of a class atmosphere reflecting the school field and class routines. And, I was able to experience classes in which field and tension coexist, and improve practical skills. Third, it was possible to understand the importance of managing class demonstrations through quantitative and qualitative evaluation through analysis and reflection of instructional images as an evaluation tool. Conclusions For this study, it was confirmed the possibility of using the instructional demonstration plan and evaluation tool to enhance the teaching ability of the pre-service physical education teacher. Also, effective instructional demonstration management plan was suggested through the teacher educator s reflection on the class.
