영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to quantitatively evaluate the project performance of the urban regeneration leading areas selected in 2014. In the case of urban regeneration projects, although qualitative evaluation of the satisfaction felt by the residents in the areas is important, objective and quantitative evaluation of the project performance is also important. Therefore, this study aimed to quantitatively evaluate project performance by comparing objective data at the time of project selection (before selection) of the urban regeneration leading areas with those at the time when the projects were completed. This study verified the performance between before and after the projects using decline indicators such as population, the number of businesses, and the number of employees based on the census output area space units of 13 leading areas designated in 2014. Populations and the numbers of businesses decreased by 6 ~ 70% of the 13 regions, but the numbers of workers increased in the majority of the areas. As such, diverse indicators to measure project performance through big data analysis according to the objectives of projects should be developed and methods to use the indicators should be presented.
