영문 초록

This study aims to examine the effect of public housing on housing cost decreasing and residential stability improvement as a counterplan of affordable housing in Seoul. The first finding is that comparison with the previous house is to effect housing cost decreasing and to cover not sufficient living expense with its money. 45.7 percent of 50years public housing households had the cost decreasing; that of Kookmin public housing is 23.3 percent; that of Seoul Jeonse public housing is 17 percent. And their about 56.3 percent to 66.7 percent used the decrement in cost for not sufficient living expense. The second finding is that because a term of contract on public housings is at least 20years, their households had the effect on residential stability comparing with two years cycle of private housings. The final finding is that the lowest level of dwelling conditions is far better than the previous house, and that a residential satisfaction in all three types of public housings is over 93 percent.
