Recently, the number of foreign tourists has increased rapidly due to the increasing number of foreign tourists. The study analyzed the factors affecting the profitability of the selling hotels. The study analyzed the factors that affect the profitability of a selling hotel and analyzed the criteria that could be consulted by developers and buyers. The study conducted a thorough study of empirical studies through analyzing theoretical research and development methods. Next, correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted for analysis of data. Analysis revealed that the Mean Area variables, Return Guaranteed , and Brand Status variables affect the return rate. The implications of the study are as follows. First, it is necessary to design a dedicated area to secure a dedicated area in the supply area. Second, the demand for profit proved to be a key criterion for determining the hotel s investment in terms of investment. Third, although the brand hotel has become a critical publicity factor for the demand, it has had a negative impact on the bottom line.
