영문 초록

Korean Unification would be the bright future for its people and a jackpot opportunity for everybody and every nation with interest in the Korean peninsular and surely become an epoch making event in the world. Assuming that the circumstances for unification could be suddenly brought into the land without recognizing the factors which come as a harbinger, it is worth noting that among various tasks to be settled in the process of the unification, the most urgent agenda would be the government s overall policies and regulations to be prepared and adopted on the land and property previously owned by the deceased regime. With the above considerations in our mind and also establishing firm ground of extensive studies on the matters subsequent to the unification, we have prepared the questionnaires on the privatization of the relevant land and property focused on the specialists who have acquired and accumulated deep knowledge on the real estate and national property sector. We have collected overall responses to the questionnaires from various groups and analysed their basic stance on the unification of the peninsular, their evaluation on the existing co-operation projects between South-North Korea, attitude for the future cooperation investment projects and future government s desirable policy, directives to be adopted in relation to the various lands and properties. The outcome of this report will pave the way for further development on the relevant sector and will throw a bright light on the increasing of the national wealth by effective utilization of the national property.
