진로관련 자기주도성 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 최근, 진로 영역에서 주목받고 있는 심리요인인 ‘자기주도성’에 주목하여, 진로관련 자기주도성 연구의 동향을 분석하고, 이를 통해 자기주도성이 진로에 미치는 직⋅간접적인 영향을 검증하고자 실시하였다. 방법 이를 위해 국⋅내외 학술연구 정보 데이터베이스(RISS, KISS, DBpia, Eric, JSTOR 등)에 수록된 진로관련 자기주도성 연구문헌 743편을 대상으로, PRISMA 가이드라인(문헌확인→문헌선별→선정기준 검토→최종선정)을 적용하여 총 60편의 연구문헌을 연구대상으로 확보한 후 이를 분석하였다. 결과 분석결과, 국내⋅외 진로 관련 자기주도성 연구는 1999년부터 2020년까지 총 60건의 연구가 수행되었고, 특히, 2010년 이후 해외에서 성인을 대상으로 활발하게 이루어졌다. 연구주제별 연구동향을 분석하기 위해 79개의 진로 관련 변인을 추출하였다. 이렇게 추출된 진로 관련 변인은 진로유지와 개선(30.4%), 진로인식(18.9%), 경력성공(16.5%), 진로결정(11.4%), 직무만족(8.9%), 진로계획(6.3%), 진로준비(3.8%), 진로탐색(2.5%), 진로교육지도(1.3%)였다. 또한, 변인별 연구동향 분석을 통해 자기주도성이 진로에 미치는 다양한 영향을 분석하였다. 결론 이 연구는 진로 관련 자기주도성 연구동향을 분석함으로써 향후, 다양한 대상의 진로발달을 위한 효과적인 개입에 자기주도성이 필수적 심리 변인임을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, we analyzed career-related proactive personality research trends to verify the direct and indirect influence of proactive personality on career, noting the psychological factor ‘proactive personality’ that has recently attracted attention in the career field. Methods To this end, the literature in the academic research information database was collected according to the PRISMA guidelines, and a total of 60 subjects were selected and analyzed. Results As a result, a total of 60 domestic and foreign career related proactive personality studies were conducted from 1999 to 2020, and 78 career related variables were extracted. These extracted career related variables included career maintenance and improvement(30.4%), career awareness(18.9%), career success(16.5%), career decision(11.4%), career satisfaction(8.9%), career planning(6.3%), career preparation(3.8%), career exploration(2.5%) and career education guidance(1.3%). In addition, we validated the influence of proactive personality on career through the analysis of research trends for each career category. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it revealed that proactive personality research is an essential psychological variable to intervention for career development by analyzing career related proactive personality research trends.
