한⋅중 사이버대학의 비교 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 한⋅중사이버대학을 개선하는 데에 서로 참고할 수 있도록, 협력할 때 서로 알아볼 수 있도록 한다. 한⋅중 사이버대학의 규정 제도, 교육과정 체계, 발전동향 등에 대하여 비교하였다. 방법 본 연구는 한국 21개의 사이버대학과 중국 68개의 사이버대학을 대상으로 양국의 주제와 관련이 있는 선행연구, 각 사이버대학의 홈페이지에 있는 정보, 교육부 자료 등을 정리⋅검토하여 비교하였다. 결과 규정제도의 경우에는, 학습자의 입학 자격, 전형 기간 등 큰 차이 없는데 한국사이버대학은 신입생, 편입생으로 나눠서 학생을 모집하는데 중국 사이버대학이 나누지 않으며 중국 사이버대학은 입학 시험, 재학 기간이 있는 반면에 한국 사이버대학이 그런 요구가 없다. 교육과정 체계의 경우에는, 한⋅중 사이버대학은 모두 전문대학과 대학 교육과정을 운영하고 있는데 중국 사이버대학은 대학원 교육과정 운영하지 않으며 한국 교육과정은 여러 가지의 단기 연수가 적은 편이다. 결론 결과를 바탕으로 한국 사이버대학은 재학 기간을 적당한 기간으로 제한을 내리는 것, 다양한 비학력 교육과정의 마련, 중국 사이버대학은 모두 사이버대학 정보를 일괄적으로 파악할 수 있도록 홈페이지의 구축, 대학관 교육 과정의 도입 등 제안을 해 보았다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to provide mutual reference for improving the Korea-China cyber university and to recognize each other when cooperate with each other. Methods In this study, 21 cyber universities in Korea and 68 cyber universities in China were organized and reviewed and compared with previous researchs, information on each cyber university s website, and documents related to the Ministry of Education. Results As a result, in the case of the regulatory system, there is no significant difference in the enrollment qualifications, screening period of learners, but Korea Cyber University recruits students by dividing them into freshmen and transfer students. In the case of the curriculum system, both Korean and Chinese cyber universities operate junior colleges and university curriculum, whereas cyber universities in China do not operate master degree s course, and Korean curriculum has few short-term training programs. Conclusions Based on the results, researchers tried to give some introductions such as cyber universities in Korea limit their enrollment period to an appropriate period, prepare various non-academic education courses, and establish a website for all cyber universities in China to collectively grasp cyber university information, ect.
