포스트 코로나 19에 대비한 초⋅중등 특수교사의 원격수업에 대한 경험 및 요구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 포스트 코로나 19에 대비한 특수교사의 원격수업에 대한 경험 및 요구사항을 알아보기 위한 목적으로 실행되었다. 방법 이를 위해 2020년 9월에서 2021년 1월까지 원격수업을 경험한 10명의 초⋅중등 특수교사를 대상으로 질적연구를 수행하였다. 결과 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수교육의 원격수업은 크게 인터넷 활용, 실시간 쌍방향 수업, 격일 격주 수업 및 방문지도, 학습꾸러미 발송 및 지도 등으로 이루어졌으며, 이에 대한 어려움을 겪은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특수교육에서 원격수업에 대한 요구사항은 특수교사 간 네트워크 형성, 온라인 콘텐츠 제작 및 활용에 대한 연수, 원격수업에 대한 매뉴얼 및 관련법 제정이 필요하다고 하였다. 셋째, 원격수업을 위한 특수교사의 역량강화를 위해서는 개별화교육 진단 역량, 온라인 콘텐츠 제작 및 활용에 대한 연수, 보호자와의 소통 및 협업이 필요하다고 하였다. 결론 위의 연구결과를 토대로 포스트 코로나에 대비한 체제 정비와 교육정책, 교사의 역량에 대한 후속연구를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the requirement and experience to distance learning of special education teacher to prepare post COVID-19. Methods To accomplish this goal, a qualitative study is conducted with 10 elementary, secondary special education teacher, who have experienced from September 2020 to January 2021. Results The results of the study are as follow: First, distance learning of special education has been a hard time that is consist of using Internet, real-time interactive classes, every other day or week classes, learning package. Second, requirement to distance learning of special education needs making network to teacher to teacher, to produce and use online contents, to make manual and legislate for online class. Third, for competence improvement of special education teacher to distance classes, it is necessary to diagnosis for IEP, to produce and use online contents, cooperation and communicate with parents. Conclusions The results of this study provide implications for that improvement of system, educational policy and improvement competence of teacher for prepared post COVID-19.
