양측성 운동과 시지각 프로그램이 학령기 발달 지연 아동의 협응 능력 및 글씨쓰기에 미치는 영향: 사례연구

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 학령기 발달 지연 아동을 대상으로 한양측성 협응 운동과 시지각 프로그램이 아동의 협응능력및 글씨쓰기에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 연구 대상은 서울시에 거주하는 발달 지연이 있는만 7세 여아 1명 이었다. 연구 과정은 총 8주간 15회기로이루어졌고, 양측성 협응 운동과 시지각 프로그램이 20분씩교대로 중재가 진행되었다. 중재 효과에 대한 평가는 사전및 사후 평가로 시지각 기능과 시각 운동 기술에 대해 DTVP- 2, TVMS-R을 통해 실시하였고, 회기 별 평가로 글씨 쓰기속도와 양측 협응 운동 수행에 대해 측정하였다. 결과: 아동의 협응 기능과 글씨쓰기 속도를 알아보기 위해진행한 회기별 평가에서 글씨 쓰기 속도와 양측 협응 운동수행은 중재가 진행됨에 따라 모두 수행이 향상되었고, 아동의 시지각 기능 및 시각 운동 기술을 알아보기 위해 실시한DTVP-2와 TVMS-R도 모두 사전 평가에 비해 사후 평가에서원점수와 환산 점수가 향상되었다. 결론: 본 연구는 양측성 협응 운동과 시지각 프로그램이학령기 발달 지연 아동의 협응 능력 및 글씨쓰기의 향상에긍정적인 영향을 제공하는 것을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to study the effects of bilateral coordination exercises and visual perception programs on the coordination ability and writing skills of school-age children with developmental delays. The participant in this study was a 7-year-old girl with developmental delay. The research process consisted of 15 sessions for a total of 8 weeks, during which a bilateral coordination exercise and a visual perception program were alternately mediated for 20 minutes each. The Developmental Test of Visual Perception-2nd edition (DTVP-2) and Test of Visual-Motor Skills-Revised (TVMS-R) were administered before and after the sessions to assess the visual perception function and visual-motor skills. In addition, the bilateral coordination ability and writing speed were measured for each session. The raw and converted DTVP-2 and TVMS-R scores improved after the sessions, which suggested an improvement in visual perception function and visual-motor skills. The scores for bilateral coordination ability and writing speed measurements also improved. This study confirms that bilateral coordination exercises and visual perception programs improved the coordination abilities and writing skills of school-age children with developmental delays.
