발달장애학생 기초작업기술 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 NCS 직업기초능력 중 발달장애학생을 위한 기초작업기술 교육과정에 우선적으로 반영할 능력이 무엇인지 알아보고자 계획하였다. 이를 위해 먼저, 델파이기법을 활용하여 직업기초능력에 대한 전문가들의 의견을 물어 발달장애학생의 직업교육에 중요한 능력을 도출하였다. 다음으로, 이 도출된 능력 중 발달장애학생 직업교육 경험이 있는 특수교사들에게 미래유용성, 대상적용 가능성, 현장적용 가능성 차원에서 그 우선순위를 알아보았다. 마지막으로, 발달장애학생을 위한 직업기초능력의 미래유용성과 준비도 간 양상을 알아보기 위해 미래유용성-준비도 매트릭스를 구현하여 해석하였다. 그 결과 자기 주도적 학습, 경청, 기술의 선택 및 적용 등이 발달장애학생을 위한 기초작업기술 교육과정에 우선적으로 반영되어야 할 능력으로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과는 발달장애학생 직업기초능력 교육과정의 내용요소를 선정하고 조직하는 데 참고할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study was designed to develop a curriculum for Basic Working Skills subject in Korea. The purpose of this study was to find out what competences should be included in Basic Working Skills subject curriculum contents for students with developmental disabilities(DD). First, we identified important competences in vocational education for students with DD by using the Delphi method. Second, we investigated priorities of the competences in the dimensions of future usability, target applicability, and applicability in the field by using survey research. Last, we interpreted the relationship between the future usability and the preparation. For this, a modified IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) was used. As a result, self-directed learning, active-hearing, and skills selection-application should be included among Basic Working Skills subject curriculum contents for students with DD. Results of this study may be useful for the selection-organization of vocational curriculum contents for students with DD.
