지방대학생의 취업과 괜찮은 일자리에 영향을 미치는 학교주관 및 개인주관 진로준비행동 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 지방대학생의 취업과 괜찮은 일자리에 미치는 학교주관 진로행동과 개인주관 진로행동영향에 대해 분석하였다. 방법 가장 최근 공개된 자료인 2018년 대졸자직업이동경로조사를 활용하여 2,786명을 대상으로 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 지방대학생이 가장 많이 수행하고 있는 진로준비행동인 진로 및 취업 교과목 참여, 직업심리검사, 자격증 준비는 취업과 괜찮은 일자리에 부(-)의 영향을 주고 있고, 가장 적게 수행하는 진로준비행동인 직무적성준비와 NCS준비는 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 괜찮은 일자리에 진입하기 위한 진로준비행동은 실제 현장경험과 장기간의 시간을 요하는 직장체험프로그램, 기업채용설명회, 모의면접, NCS준비, 직무적성준비, 영어 등 외국어 등으로 나타났다. 셋째 학교주관 진로준비행동보다 개인주관 진로준비행동이 취업과 괜찮은 일자리에 더 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이를 위하여 지방대학생들은 정확한 방향성을 가지고 적절한 진로준비행동을 해야만 취업뿐만 아니라 그들이 선호하는 괜찮은 일자리에 취업할 수 있겠다. 그리고 괜찮은 일자리에 진입을 위해서는 장기간을 요하는 진로준비행동을 해야 하기 때문에 지방대학생들은 저학년부터 체계적인 진로계획을 세우고 실천해야 하겠다. 연구 결과는 지방대학교 대학생의 진로준비행동에 방향성을 제공하고 지방대학교의 진로와 취업 교육에 적절한 기틀을 마련할 수 있겠다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study analyzed the effect of career preparation behavior of university management and career preparation behavior of personal management influencing on employment and decent jobs of university students in the non-capital regions. Methods Using The Graduates Mobility Survey(GOMS) 2018 Year and subjects of this surveys were 2,786 people who graduated from university students in the non-capital regions. Results The study results can be summarized as follows. First, The university students in the non-capital regions had a lot of career preparation behavior such as career and employment courses, occupational psychological examinations and preparing for a certificate but they showed negative effects on employment and decent jobs. And they had less career preparation behavior such as preparing for the NCS test and preparing for the job aptitude test but they showed positive effects on employment and decent jobs. Second, Work experience programs, recruitment briefing session of career preparation behavior, preparing for the ncs test, preparing for the job aptitude test, preparing foreign languages such as english and interview practice of career preparation behavior showed positive effects on decent job. It is analyzed that it requires actual field experience and a long period of time. Third, The career preparation behavior of personal management are having a greater impact on employment and decent jobs than career preparation behavior of university management. Conclusions Therefore, The university students in the non-capital regions need to have an accurate direction and make appropriate career preparation behavior so that they can get a job not only employment but also in a decent job. The results of the study could provide direction to career preparation behavior for university students in the non-capital regions and provide an appropriate foundation for career and employment education at university in the non-capital regions.
