국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 학습민첩성과 학습목표지향성, 혁신행동의 관계를 규명하여, 미래 학습자에게 학습민첩성이 필요한 역량임을 실증하기 위해 이루어졌다. 방법 이를 위하여 전국 육군간부 425명을 대상으로 학습민첩성 관련 변인을 측정하기 위해 설문을 시행하였다. VandeWalles (1997), 박정열(2019), Janssen(2000)이 개발한 도구를 활용하여 2020년 5월에 예비조사하여, 확정된 18개 문항을 구조화된 설문지로 사용하여 7월 한 달간 자료를 수집한 후 분석하였다. 구조방정식으로 측정 및 구조모형을 검증하고 매개효과를 분석한 후, 부트스트래핑으로 간접 효과의 유의성을 확인하였다. 결과 연구결과, 첫째, 학습민첩성은 혁신행동에 정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 학습목표지향성은 학습민첩성에 정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 학습목표지향성과 혁신행동 간의 관계에서 학습민첩성은 완전매개 효과가 있었다. 결론 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 학습민첩성 도입의 필요성 등을 논하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to clarify the relationship between learning agility, learning goal orientation, and innovative behavior, and to prove that learning agility is a necessary competency for future learners. Methods To this end, a questionnaire was conducted to measure variables related to learning agility targeting 425 military officers nationwide. After a preliminary survey using tools developed by VandeWalles (1997), Park Jeongyeol (2019), and Janssen (2000), 18 confirmed questions were used as a structured questionnaire. After measuring the structural equation and verifying the structural model and analyzing the mediating effect, the significance of the indirect effect was confirmed by bootstrapping. Results As a result of the study, first, learning agility had a positive effect on innovative behavior. Second, learning goal orientation had a positive effect on learning agility. Third, in the relationship between learning goal orientation and innovative behavior, learning agility had a completely mediating effect. Conclusions Based on these results, the significance and limitations of this study and the necessity of introducing learning agility were discussed.
