간호대학생의 신경증이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향요인

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 간 대학생의 신경증과 주관적 행복감의 관계에서 대인관계 능력의 매개 효과를 파악하는 데 있다. 방법 연구 기간은 2019년 5월 2일부터 24일까지 3개 대학교의 간호학과에 재학 중인 206명을 편의 표집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS IBM 21.0을 이용하여 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation, Sobel test, Hierarchal Multiple Regression을 이용하였다. 결과 연구 대상자의 주관적 행복감은 보통보다 높은 수준이었으며, 각 영역별 점수에서 자기 조절이 가장 높았다. 일반적 특성에 따른 주관적 행복감은 전공만족도, 주관적 신체건강, 주관적 정신건강에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 또한, 신경증과 주관적 행복감과의 관계에서 대인관계 능력이 부분 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 간호대학생의 주관적 행복감을 높이기 위해서는 대인관계 능력을 높일 수 있고 긍정적인 상호작용을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 마련이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Neuroticism and Interpersonal Competence on Subjective happiness in nursing students and to identify the mediating effect of Interpersonal Competence. Methods Data were collected through self-report questionnaires between May 2 and May 30, 2019. Participants were comprised of a convenience sample of 206 Nursing University Students. Collected data were analyzed by frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation, Sobel test, Hierarchal Multiple Regression by SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results The purposes of this study revealed a significant positive correlation between Subjective Happiness and Interpersonal Competence. Interpersonal Competence was a statistically significant positive correlation with Subjective happiness and had partial mediating effect on the relationship between Neuroticism and Subjective happiness. Conclusions The results imply that the program for encouraging a positive Interpersonal Competence interaction should be developed for increasing students Subjective happiness in Nursing Student.
