국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 코로나 사태로 비대면 동영상 수업을 수강한 졸업학년 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 전공만족도, 진로준비행동 정도를 파악하고, 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 방법 연구대상은 E군 소재 대학 간호학과의 2021년 졸업을 앞둔 졸업학년 122명이었다. 자료수집기간은 2020년 7월부터 2020년 9월까지였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 program을 이용하여 통계 처리 하였다. 결과 비대면 동영상 수업 수강 장소, 수강 유형, 수업 만족도, 기대되는 수업의 효과에 따라 진로준비행동은 차이가 있었고, 진로준비행동은 학업적 자기효능감(r=.49, p<.001), 전공만족도(r=.53, p<.001)와 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 전공만족도(β=.39, p<.001), 학업적 자기효능감(β=.33, p<.001)은 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 주었고, 진로준비행동을 36% 설명하였다. 결론 따라서 온라인 교육 환경에서 졸업학년 간호대학생의 진로준비행동 향상을 위하여 수업만족도 및 수업의 효과, 학업적 자기효능감과 전공만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this descriptive study was for understanding the causes of how academic self-efficacy and major satisfaction impact the career preparation behavior on senior students after taking non-face-to-face video lessons for COVID-19. Methods The target population were 122 senior nursing students in a university from July to September 2020. Data was analysed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Dunnett T3, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 program. Results The results were as follows. Career preparation behavior was positively correlated with academic self-efficacy (r=.49, p<.001) and major satisfaction(r=.53, p<.001). Multiple regression analysis revealed that major satisfaction(β=.39, p<.001) and academic self-efficacy(β=.33, p<.001), which explained 36% of the variance in career preparation behavior. Conclusions The findings suggest that the various programs for senior nursing students are needed to improve class satisfaction, learning effect and academic self-efficacy in online nursing education fields.
