국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학생들의 지연동기가 불안⋅우울, 자기구실 만들기를 거처 지연행동에 이르는 경로를 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위해 연구 목적에 대해 설명하고 자발적으로 동의한 대학교 재학 중인 남녀 대학생 362명을 대상으로 2021년 2월 15일부터 2021년 2월 28일까지 지연동기, 불안⋅우울, 자기구실 만들기, 지연행동 관련 변인에 대한 설문자료를 수집 후 구조방정식을 활용해 이들의 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 결과 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지연동기, 자기구실 만들기, 불안⋅우울, 지연행동은 정적상관을 보인다. 둘째, 지연동기, 불안⋅우울, 자기구실 만들기 간의 관계에서는 불안⋅우울의 부분 매개효과를 확인하였다. 셋째, 지연동기, 불안⋅우울, 지연행동의 관계에서 불안⋅우울의 부분 매개효과를 확인하였다. 결론 본 연구를 토대로 지연동기에 따른 지연행동자의 모습과 지연동기에 따른 자기구실 만들기를 좀 더 깊게 이해하는 것을 돕고, 상담 및 임상 장면의 지연행동 문제에 개입하고 이해하는 데 적용할 수 있는 자료로 활용될 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study was to examine relationship between motivation of procrastination and procrastination of undergraduates. And would like to examine the mediation effects of self-handicapping, anxiety and depression. Methods The data were collected from 362 undergraduates who voluntarily agreed to explain the purpose of the study from February 15, 2021 to February 28, 2021, and were analyzed through structural equation modeling. Results The main research finding were as follow: First, motivation of procrastination, self-handicapping, anxiety, depression and procrastination showed positive correlation. Second, the motivation of procrastination has a direct effect on the self-handicapping, and it has been shown th affect self-handicapping through anxiety and depression. Third, motivation of procrastination directly affects procrastination and affects procrastination through anxiety and depression. Conclusions It will be used as a data that can be applied to better understand the appearance of procrastination according to motivation of procrastination and to intervene and understand procrastination problems in counseling and clinical scenes.
